I’m not sure if someone would start developing a phone like Mozilla Seabird. Amazing idea but to materialize it, battery life is to be a serious consideration.
It’s an unusual shape, but the main draw of the Seabird is the new input methods it offers. Stored in the bump on the back of the device is a dongle that allows for 3D and gesture input. Then we have the two pico projectors which allow for a large display to be projected, but also a keyboard to appear. This effectively creates a setup similar to a PC, but projected from the phone.
Mozilla has no intention of developing this phone. Would you?
Mobile market is attractive for entrepreneurs because it is young and the most important thing about it is that the demand is much higher than the proposition - this obviously means that you can gain huge profits. Payvment’s e-commerce suite includes a universal shopping cart that carries goods across multiple storefronts, a proprietary shopping discovery and search tool, and the ability for customers to add reviews to Payvment enabled storefronts. Spam protection allows sellers to monitor storefront content.
With 500 million users, this new integration will be eyed by many retailers. It will have our familiar shopping cart system and several additional advantages.
