Leah Dizon (Ria Dizon, born as Leah Donna Dizon on September 24, 1986) is a model, singer and a TV personality in Japan, born in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States. Her ethnicity is Chinese, Filipino, and French. Her Mother is French American and her Father is Filipino and Chinese. She is not Japanese at all. She has two older brothers, an older sister, and two younger brothers. Her blood type is O. Her astrological sign is Libra, and her Chinese zodiac sign is Tiger.

She started her career as a model for import car magazines at the age of 18. She was introduced to this industry when she did a photo shoot with Lianne Lin. Her modeling career in the USA gained her much attention and a fan base overseas, predominantly in Asia. One year after her gorgeous pictures were posted up on the internet, she already had 2,000,000 hits from search engines. Following the advice of her fans, Leah sent a demo tape to a talent agency in Japan and in April of 2006, after being accepted by Victor Entertainment, she immediately moved to Tokyo, Japan.

Leah was so excited so she took this chance and undeniably did phenomenally well in this career. Now, she has two great singles that have been released: Softly which has been released on February 14, 2007 and Koi Shiyou which was released on May 30, 2007. She has also released two exquisite and beautiful photo books: Petite Amie (Girlfriend in French) which was released on October 2006 and Hello! Leah, which was released on the same day as Koi Shiyou on May 30, 2007.

Victor Entertainment is lucky to have her in their company and is absolutely very proud of her accomplishments. These singles have gained her even more fans who all think she is the ideal dream girl. She has also done some commercials like promoting Ninja Gaiden and also for Lotte chocolate.

Since Leah has stepped into the world of singing, she is currently having a long term stay in Japan to expand her singing career. She hopes to improve her skills in the Japanese language. She was born in a very Americanized environment so she does not know any of her native languages.

She is working as hard as she can to master this language so that she can become fluent and write her songs in Japanese. She writes her songs in English then gets translators to translate her songs for her. So when she masters this language, all her hard work will save her some time and help her write even better songs, even though her songs are already amazing.

Although Leah is only a rookie in the singing industry, everyone knows she will become a great star and perhaps better than her idols such as Utada Hikaru and Namie Amuro. Her MySpace is the closest thing to her fans. Leah’s MySpace gives her fans a chance to talk to her in person, unlike many stars today. All her fans greatly appreciate that!

Leah recently released her debut album Destiny Line, but she’s got more in store for her fans with her third beautiful 63-page photo album, Heaven. Leah traveled all the way to Kenya to shoot pictures, and the African savannah provides a perfect backdrop for her hot and exotic images. She took on a variety of looks in the album, from ethnic-style dresses to safari gear to revealing swimsuits, looking stunning on every page.
